About Us...
Our Principal, Herb Cockcroft, offers our clients over 20 years as a culinary trained chef who has had several successful experiences working with limited food budgets, supervising a kitchen staff from as few as 5 up to 15 (union and non-union), opening restaurants for owner's wishing to expand their own success, managing corporate cafes as to menu planning, food costing and inventory control along with specific responsibilities as a Purchasing Agent for private clubs. His associations span both coasts with prior experience at The Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts and such Bay area establishments as Guckenheimer Enterprises, the FAZ Restaurant chain and Bayer Pharmaceuticals in Berkeley on this coast. His culinary training was completed at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Mr. Cockcroft also offers our clients his talents and, therefore, consultation as to how to improve your plate presentation techniques. His prior 15 years as a professional Landscape Architect has lent that experience to this task in a way that would bring your offerings to the "state of the art".
